Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if you received the wrong product or the size does not fit.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with tags.

  • Pickup will be arranged by Impulskin within 2–3 working days of your request.

  • If your requested size is out of stock, you may request a refund (as per the refund policy).

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size — not for different products.

Return Policy

  • Return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Initiate return via: Log in → My Orders → Select order → Click “Return Product.”

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days.

  • A reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund (unless you choose wallet refund).

  • Shipping charges and COD fees paid at time of order are non‑refundable.

  • If the returned item fails the quality checks, the return will be rejected and the item sent back to you (shipping cost borne by you).

  • If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self‑ship to our warehouse/factory outlet.

Self-Shipping for Returns

If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can send the product to us at:

Important Guidelines:

  • Pack the product securely to avoid loss/damage in transit.
  • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Once we receive and verify the product(s), we’ll process a full refund within 48 hours. No ₹100 reverse pickup charge will be deducted.
  • Do not use The Professional Couriers for returns — they are unreliable.
  • We recommend using India Post Speed Post for safe and cost-effective shipping.

Refund Policy

  • COD charges and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted for returns refunded to original payment method.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund processed in 1–2 working days after the return is received; amount appears in your account in 5‑7 working days.

  • COD Orders: Refund to your bank account (you provide details), within ~7 working days after verification.

  • Incorrect bank details may delay refund; refund will not be initiated unless correct details are provided.

Important Notes

  • Report damaged / wrong / missing products within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos on whatsapp (+91 7021247543), else return request may be denied.

  • No returns accepted in physical stores.

  • The item must have original tags; items without tags or used will not be accepted.
