At Impulskin, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your purchase reaches you on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities 3–4 working days
Other Cities 5–7 working days
Remote/Rural Areas Up to 10 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

  • A flat ₹100 COD fee applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Invalid phone number

  • Refusal to accept/pay for the order

Impulskin and its courier partners will make up to 3 attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned and the order may be canceled.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking ID.

  • You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section on our website.
